A La Carte Protection Programs
Tenant Benefit Program
Paid by the tenant as an extra layer of protection; Rental City offers this to bridge the gap between rental insurance. A nominal fee is added to the tenant ledger and paid at the time of rent. If a tenant has to vacate their home as the result of a fire, flood, or windstorm (including tornado damage), and move to a RentalCity managed property, they will receive:
- Moving allowance
- First month rent allowance
- Utility connection allowance
Bi-Annual Inspection Program
Rental City is excited to offer our property owners a program designed to deliver tremendous value from an asset preservation standpoint. Our new Bi-Annual Inspection Program is designed to maintain your property’s condition, and ensure that you, as an owner, are properly covered from a liability standpoint.
